Matt served as the student scenic charge for Emerson Stage's November 2018 production of Bulrusher. Matt worked with scenic designer Bree Dagdagan and the paint shop to create effective paint treatments for the show, featuring rough-hewn wood platforms washed with color and aging, and an erosion cloth stenciled floor treatment.
