Matt served as the student scenic charge for Emerson Stage's February 2020 production of "Good Breeding", along with two first-year assistants. Matt worked with scenic designer Sabah Shams and the paint shop to realize the paint treatments for an impressive, abstract set design. The set featured crisp line work on the deck, large PVC sails, and several hundred feet of hanging ethafoam. Matt was responsible for leading a crew of student painters, both in the shop and in the space, as well as collaborating with the designer and other departments during the load in and tech process.
