Matt was a Shop Assistant in the Emerson Stage Paint Shop when he attended Emerson College from 2017-2021. Under the direction of skilled resident scenic artist Joe Keener III, Matt gained experience in many painting techniques and faux finishes, as well an understanding of what it takes to run, organize, and maintain a paint shop. Matt is currently an overhire painter and continues to work periodically in the Emerson Stage Paint Shop.
